Organic materials do not exist in pure metal. Organic qualities arise
when the surface gets exposed to damp and dirt –which supplies
the black mould with nutrients. Difficult affections grow.
New metal can last for decades if clean. When exposed to weather and
wind, dirt particles and damp gets bound to the surface, which gives
the spores nutrients. The mould starts to corrode the metal rapidly,
resulting in costly and time consuming repairs.
Remains of black mould and mould spores in the surface pores enable
the affections to recur as long as are any remains left. Sterilizing
and disinfection with Bensaltenside removes all spores and all black
mould within 24 hours.
Thereafter the metal is protected for four years. Guaranteed. Often
it is longer than that.
