FUNGI ON WOOD
Resin, the damp in the wood and the fibres has organic qualities,
which supplies the fungus spores with nutrients when they get attached
to the wood. They get established and grow.
Wood is living material that allows different substances to penetrate
it –damp and nutrition accumulate and the wood expands and retracts-
which means that different treatments becomes inactive after a
certain time.
Bensaltenside penetrates the wood and sterilizes all affections. They
loose their ability to grow further and are killed within 24 hours.
All spores and growth by fungus –even on the wooden surface- is
killed and the wood becomes inhospitable for future affections – the
protection is guaranteed for four years. The surface has become
disinfected.
